About Me

In December of 1985, just after Christmas, I bought my first home. In 1986 Congress passed the tax reform act and, just like that, I was upside down on the property.

A few years later my wife filed for divorce, and I found myself in serious financial trouble. It was tough!

When the smoke cleared, I decided to learn how to never get in that situation again. I also learned how to successfully invest in real estate.

Today I help others with their real estate problems.
